This is the actual B1b Home, including the same bottom-right Pixel ADA. Calibration updates her existing render target directly.

Same Home ADA, same motion pose. Head/neck/hair diagnostic geometry now comes from ADA-PROP-001 and measured hair silhouettes. No new artwork is fitted; detailed ADA is preserved.
Palette: ■ torso · ■ left arm · ■ right arm · ■ pelvis · ■ left leg · ■ right leg · cranial volumes.
Waiting for permanent Home target...
Read-only dimensions from the existing Home ADA-PROP-001/95 profile and one cranial envelope projector. Hair silhouettes use candidate measurements from the separate 8-direction FACE/HAIR references. This is not a new character, hair animation, or costume layer.

Read-only projection of the existing Home Pixel ADA proportion profile. Front, diagonal and side views share one dimensional source; these numbers describe the visible surface, not altered joints or walking.

Five poses per heading on the same Home Pixel ADA canvas: one idle and gait phases 0 / 25 / 50 / 75%. Checks use ADA-PROP-001/95 and the preserved canonical motion. This is not a walking repair or dressed sprite overlay.
Automated matrix: not run. Source tests do not constitute Android visual acceptance.
Compare shoulders, waist/pelvis taper, arms/hands, knee attachments and foot shape. Mark each as approved or needs work only after inspecting the exported PNG at native size; pending is the default. NE also needs its authentic head artwork before a final freeze.
Inspect one Pixel ADA on the Home canvas. Left and right arms now have independent colors; legs retain their separate colors. Select either side or an individual bone. No additional gait solver or character is created.
Awaiting Home ADA. Diagnostic only; your saved calibration will not be modified.
No ownership audit captured yet.
Same face-preserved Pixel ADA on Sterling Home. These values re-project the canonical mannequin's shoulder, elbow, wrist and neck joints into her anatomy regions. They do not create arm movement or another rig. Detailed ADA is untouched.
Awaiting actual Home ADA. Settings are temporary and do not overwrite saved leg calibration.
No upper-body capture yet. Use East for clear horizontal arm swing and South for torso/root continuity.
Uses the existing Home Pixel ADA and the canonical motion kernel. Compare the original ankle renderer against contact-aware anatomy: planted feet compensate for vertical body bob; swinging feet show the kernel's actual clearance; South/North depth movement is projected more readably.
Awaiting live Home connection. Changes are temporary, not saved to browser calibration.
No foot-contact comparison recorded. Begin with South, then East.
Keep ADA’s original head and color-coded anatomy body on the existing Home canvas. Compare independent core offsets against torso-linked and reduced-pelvis movement. The canonical kernel, leg-foot solver, and dressed ADA stay unchanged.
Waiting for the Home ADA connection. Controls are experimental and are not saved to device.
No comparison yet. South and East are the first visual-review directions.
ADA's original face stays in place. Inspect colored ribcage, abdomen, pelvis, shoulders, upper arms, elbows, forearms, wrists, hands, thighs, knees, shins, ankles and feet. Diagnostic pose transforms act after the canonical motion kernel and never change the walking engine.
Waiting for Home ADA. No diagnostic override is saved.
Select a joint and hold a pose to inspect motion, ownership and attachments.
Check ADA's actual detailed pixel leg masks before widening her idle stance. These diagnostic modes render onto the existing Home ADA. The rig and walking kernel are unchanged.
Cyan: Left leg; pink: right leg; red: overlapping transformed pixels. A black gap is a missing region, not a solid black leg. Other artwork is dimmed in the ownership views.
Awaiting Home renderer. Presets and saved calibration are not changed.
A source-mask report and same-pose collision counts will appear here after capture.
Acceptance is manual: Left-only must not contain right-leg pixels, right-only must not contain left-leg pixels, and the crotch/inner-thigh seam must remain visually continuous without merging the legs. Automated source-mask overlap alone does not prove correct anatomical ownership.
Compare the same Pixel ADA on Home using the exact same canonical eight gait phases. A uses the original compositor. B holds an independently composited, original-art pelvis cap fixed to the body root while the thighs, shins and feet continue to move beneath it. No other rig or character is created.
Connected mode pending. This setting is experimental and is not stored with calibration.
A/B not yet captured. Compare South first, then East and other directions.
This only protects pixels around ADA's original waist and crotch. It does not change the kernel, correct all limb masks, or guarantee a natural walk. The supplied North-East master artwork is incomplete and is excluded from visual signoff.
Repeatable A/B captures from the real Pixel ADA on Home. Each trial uses the same eight phases (0%–87.5%), measures knee/ankle spacing, foot-contact travel and pixel changes in the waist/pelvis area, and restores the pre-test calibration. Metrics do not certify natural walking. Export JSON + PNG after each family before starting the next one.
Ready. Your saved browser calibration will not be overwritten by these experiments.
Applies character-specific visual volumes to the same Home anatomy canvas. No bone angles, gait timing or canonical motion writes. ADA retains her original head and detailed sprites.
Waiting for the real Home compositor.
Use Neutral leg clearance (px) in the calibration sliders. The value is applied gradually from the hip through the knee to the ankle, not by sliding whole leg images. 0 px reproduces the previous stance for comparison; 2.5 px is the proposed South-facing repair. It changes only the pixel-to-joint mapping, not the canonical gait.
Controls update this same Pixel ADA only; your saved calibration remains unchanged until you press Save.
Choose Overlap above and capture idle / 25% / 75% to verify collisions. Stable pelvis is the default, while Mode A remains available for comparison. Inspect the hip-to-thigh seam. Export your saved calibration before changing settings.
Phase scrubbing replays the canonical kernel from its reset state. It does not generate a second walk cycle.
Enlargement of the real composited ADA canvas. Markers are diagnostics only.
Green planted · Pink swinging · arrows show projected hip/knee/ankle chains.
These parameters change only the pixel projection of the canonical mannequin's joints. The walking kernel remains untouched.
Move a specific hip, knee, or ankle attachment by pixel increments. Offsets are specific to the selected facing.
Save adjustments in this browser or copy/export the JSON for the next build. Reset restores the baseline adapter values and clears saved overrides.
Static tests are not proof that ADA walks naturally. Run the actual renderer audit, then review her motion on your phone. Nothing here automatically freezes a build.
ACCEPTANCE PENDING — NOT FROZEN
No live render audit has been run on this device.
Mark each item only after watching Pixel ADA. A new calibration invalidates the previous acceptance report.
Capture eight motion phases from the existing Home Pixel ADA canvas. This creates an inspection sheet, not a second character or gait. Compare forward travel, foot contact and pixel seams.
No frame evidence captured yet. Begin with South, then East.
The capture measures projected ankle spacing, X/Y range and changes in actual lower-body pixels; these values cannot certify natural walking.
Waiting for Home integration bridge…
